feature:
Cotton canvas and polyester canvas are used as the core frame material, and styrene butadiene rubber or butyl chloro rubber with excellent heat resistance is used as cover rubber or buffer rubber.
This product can be used normally below 120℃, and can transport materials with temperature below 120℃. It is widely used in cement, coking, metallurgy, steel and other industries.
The specifications are the same as ordinary conveyor belts
Heat-resistant conveyor belts can be divided into three types:
Type I: The test temperature does not exceed 100℃, code T1.
Model II: The test temperature does not exceed 125℃, code T2.
Type III: The test temperature does not exceed 150℃, and the code is T3.
Type IV: The test temperature does not exceed 175℃, and the code is T4.
The physical properties of the cover rubber after the heat resistance test meet the requirements in the table
